How to Return Artwork
Please notify us of the return via email or phone. email@example.com, 678-662-6156.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders.
Return of items purchased in our store must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to packaging error, customer is responsible.
No returns or refunds accepted for custom jewelry.
If returning jewelry items purchased from our store, a full refund will be issued if the item is returned within 2 weeks of its purchase. The jewelry must be in the same condition as it was received. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or worn. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
