Last winter I tried on the concept of retirement, but it did not resonate with me. I could not leave the colorful stones and each of you, dear friends who are also the bedrock of my profession. In response, creativity welled with an undercurrent to use gemstones I had been saving, and to try new designs ruminating for many years. Fareed is OK and remarkably still at the bench, and we lovingly craft unusual beauties to adorn you. I have wonderful opportunities in three cities to share my work with you this season.

I am pleased to present a solo exhibit of new jewelry at Maune Contemporary Gallery in collaboration with Atlanta-based art consultant and curator, Kate Chestnutt of Labyrinth Curation. “Radiance Embodied: 50 Years of Lainey Papageorge” will showcase pieces from several bodies of my work, and I could not be more excited to be co-creating with her and highlighting the magic and memories that jewelry can hold.
